Limited by the size of the memory the system bp306 supports 3 languages at the same time.

At the moment we deliver the bp306 normaly with the languages German, English and Netherlands.

If desired we deliver the system with the optional languages French or Swedish.

To set up a language please change the following parameter in the service menu: service menu -> settings -> parameter-> doors/functions/timer -> functions -> LC-Display in: english

Afer a click on the button CR the selected language is activated immediatly.

Reason
There is a CIO activated in the base menu, but there is no connection to the CIO.

Solution
If the lift has a CIO, please check the connection to the CIO. If there is no CIO, please have a look in the base menu -> ports -> ser. ports -> ports CAN -> CAN Geräte -> CLK/CAP/CIO -> port CIO -> device: on/off Please deactivate the CIO and the message is gone.

What is a control number?

Jeder von Böhnke + Partner gefertigten Steuerung ist eine einmalige Steuerungsnummer zugeordnet. Unter dieser Steuerungsnummer sind bei Böhnke + Partner sämtliche projektbezogenen Produktionsunterlagen und Parameter abgelegt.

Die Steuerungsnummer wird benötigt, wenn Sie Fragen zu einer speziellen Anlage haben, Sie ein Ersatzteil benötigen oder Sie eine Anlage erweitern oder umrüsten wollen.

Where can I find the control number of my lift system?

1. on the wiring diagram

Auf den Schaltplänen, die einer jeden Steuerung beiligen, finden Sie die Steuerungsnummer im Datenfeld jedes Blattes.

2. im Menü der Steuerung

Bei den Systemen bp115 und bp300...

Bei den Systemen bp117, bp302, bp304 und bp306...

Bei dem System bp308...

To read out all the lift parameters you need the software WinMOS^®300 Diagnosis Service or the full version. This programm reads all controller settings and stores them in a text file.

Please start the programm, set the lift controller to basic menu and then activate the function Collect Controller Data in WinMOS^®300. You will find it at PARAMETER -> COLLECT CONTROLLER DATA (F7). Now follow the on-screen instructions. As this option only works when the controller is in basic menu, it cannot be effected via modem connection.

Solution
To activate this function, please enter the service menu -> settings -> parameter -> door/function/timer -> doors -> door functions -> door reverse landing calls -> off / on (max. 3x) / on (unlimited) / on (as pb. do open)

Reason
If you enter the base menu, the bp306 stop the CAN2 interface. If there is no group connection, the CAP gets no messages from the bp306 and starts the auto baud detection (flashing red and green).

Solution
This is a normal behavior. It's not a bug, it's a feature ;-)

You can switch of the Basic menu code at Basic menu -> sundries -> codes/numbers/install -> diverse codes -> base code
There you set up the code '0000' and the system won't ask you for a code.

If you like to delete the Base Code at the system bp308 please enter the base menu and choose the parameter Base menu -> Sundries -> Access codes -> Base code and then please push the OK button two times. One time to enter the parameter and the second time to leave it. After that the Base code is deleted.

On the same way you can delete the remote password, the service and info code of the bp308.

Attention!
Don't forget to set up a basic menu code before you leave the lift, otherwise the system is not protected against manipulation!
